Cottage Pie Bach Cook Recipe


Comfort food at it's best, a deep filled meaty cottage pie topped with soft cheesy mash.


Ingredients:
Minced Beef
Cheese
Potatoes
Onions
Butter
Plain Flour
Beef Stock
Oil
Parsley


Peel and chop the potatoes.  Put them in water to boil.


Chop the onions.


Fry in oil until soft.


Add the mince until brown.


Add the stock cubes.


And some flour.


Then the parsley.


Divide the mince and onion mixture into tin foil tubs.


Grate the cheese.


Drain the potatoes.


Add butter


And cheese


Mash well using a mixer.


Spread the mash on top of the mince mixture.
