Sweet and tangy, sweet chilli sauce is one of my all time favourites. It's really easy to make and lasts a good few weeks in the fridge. Way nicer than the ready made stuff.
Red Wine Vinegar
About half a bottle of red wine vinegar.
Add the sugar.
And a dash of soy sauce.
A sprinkle of cayenne pepper.
Finely dice the chillies
And the garlic.
Fry in the sauce.
Until it boils.
Add cornflour to the desired consistency.
Serve with chicken, noodles and stir fry veg.
