Dice the lamb.
Finely chop the garlic.
And the onions.
Brown the meat and add it to the slow cooker.
Then fry the vegetables in the same oil before adding them to the slow cooker.
Chop the carrots and add them to the slow cooker.
Then the butter beans.
Four stock cubes.
Half the bottle of wine.
Give it a stir and cook on low for about 10 hours.
Severed with air fried potatoes.
